I did a booking through booking.com. When I booked my room I asked for an ocean view room; however when I checked in I was given a non ocean view because that is the way booking.com sent the confirmation to the hotel. When I went to my non ocean view room I was disappointed, I went to the desk and the front desk agents were very kind and changed my room to an upper floor and on the end so I could see not only the the ocean but the bay as well. Thank you to the two agents on duty at the time of my check in.
